Rumeli Detailed Info

A new formation which calls the nice and merry old years at Gourmelit PERA which is the unabaonded place of those who pay importance to the good taste during the last three years: Rum’eli Pub

The place which has started to serve on November 17th 2004 with its colours and decoration calling the warmth of the Aegean with the whole of its lounge of 40 persons, is again ready to offer the house sincerity to its guests in the winter season of 2005-2006. The Klimantakis Family with Greek origin who are the administrators of the place are summirazing the service that they offer as “like it is in our home, like transmitted to us”.

Mrs. Tasula, the mother of Mr. Vasil Klimantakis is running the management of the kitchen. She is preparing the various Greek hors d’oeuvres that she had learnt from her mother, even from her grand mother who was the chief in a grand stage of the period during the years in early 1900’s, by using the most fresh materials,

The Rum’eli Pub serving from 19:30 o’clock from Wednesday untill Saturday night, offers a very amusing ambience with the songs of Yani Klimantaki and with the live music of buzuki, the Dj Vassilis continues the program with the old and new song in late hours of the evening.

Rum’eli Pub prefers the fixed menu application. Sfinaki welcomes you first at the table. It is a shot appetizer drink made by the Greek raki ouzo.... A rich feast of cold hors d’oeuvre is waitin for you after sfinaki. You will enjoy with the hot hors d’oeuvres consisting of the pie cheese and cougette patty which will be served after these cold hors d’oeuvres. Of course raki and wine are not forgetten along with these hors d’oeuvres, the raki and the wine are served with the glasses conform to their customs and the supplementary accessories. It is clear that those who have organized the Rum’eli Pub are very much enjoying by this business. As the proverb says “the man takes pleasure more than more than offering instead of eating”
